Bayswater Strikers are seeking a Head Coach for the 2023 season for our Senior Women’s team in the Victorian Churches Football Association. This is a paid role for the season, negotiable as appropriate to the relevant experience of the successful applicant.

The Head Coach will be responsible for match day activities of the senior women’s team, as well as overseeing training of the women’s squad as part of the club’s broader training program (with support from other club coaches). A key priority of the role will be to assist in growing the women’s section of the club.

This role could suit candidates in either a coach or captain/coach role, including younger, ambitious coaches looking to further their coaching experience.
