The Bayswater Strikers Soccer Club was founded in 1996 by Nick and Pat Van Egmond and their family at Guy Turner Reserve. Over the years the club has fielded both senior men’s and women’s team in amateur leagues and Football Federation Victoria, winning multiple championships and other trophies.

Currently the club’s three men’s teams and one women’s team play in the Victorian Churches Football Association in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The club welcomes players of all levels of experience and ability looking to play competitive soccer at a club that supports each other and enjoys each other’s company. With a number of young children around the club, in 2023 and 2024 a junior program will be launched so people of all ages will be able to enjoy soccer at Bayswater.

The club prides its self on exceptional behaviour both on and off the pitch with a family oriented culture that balances comeptitiveness on the field and socialising and supporting each other off it.

Our home ground is Guy Turner Reserve, which includes a four changeroom club pavilion (upgraded in 2012), two turf soccer pitches and lights to train under during the season. Our grounds and lights are being fully upgraded in 2022/2023, with the club to use other local grounds for the season.
We are always looking for new players so if you are interested please contact the club through the website or our Facebook page for details.
