Senior Mens Coach

Gerardo is a magnificent capture for the club with a fantastic footballing pedigree. Some of the highlights from his football journey so far include:

• Western Australian Under 19 State Team representative.
• Played at WA State Premier League level (now NPL) for ECU Joondalup, Cockburn City SC and Bayswater City SC.
• Elite level futsal player including seven state titles in WA and VIC and three national titles.
• Coached a national winning title futsal team.
• Gained a Bachelor of Science (Sports Science) degree.

Django Birrell

Reserves Mens Coach

Django is a long time senior player of the club joining us in 2007. He has returned to the reserves role having previously served as coach in past years. His experience across the grades, including a number of important contributions to the seniors (his penalty v TOPSA kept us up in 2015), will be valuable in helping drive the reserves forward and support the seniors.

Sam Gemenis

Senior Womens Coach

Sam has been a wonderful player at the club for over 15 years and did an excellent job stepping in to coach the womens team for the second half of last season. She is a multiple trophy winner at Bayswater, present for all of our Bayside Women’s Premier League and Women’s FA Cup triumphs.

Keith Shepherd

Thirds Men Coach

Keith returns for a second season as coach of the thirds, arriving from Boronia. His playing and coaching experience is important to oversee the team with a mix of new and experienced continuing players.
