Daniel bring to us more than 40 years of coaching experience across Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA. Paul has extensive experience as a Coach educator for both the English FA and Football Victoria where he also served as State Director of Coaching and Coaching & Development Manager.

• Played Semi-Professional Football in Wales
• Holds UEFA A Licence and FFA level 3 coaching licences
• Previous senior coaching roles with the Ilse of Man FA, Moorabin City, Mornington, Seaford United and Rosebud

Django Birrell

Reserves Mens Coach

Django is an experienced club stalwart who has returned for another stint as Reserves coach. A strong defender / midfielder as a player, Django will support Dan as reserves coach and assist with the senior team wherever required.

Lisa Kennedy

Womens Division X Coach

Lisa is stepping up to support the Division X team as a playing coach with support from Matt. An experienced player who will help experienced and newer players in the Division X team enjoy the game together and develop.

Sam Gemenis

Senior Womens Coach

Sam has been a wonderful player at the club for over 20 years and has done an excellent job coaching the womens section for the past few years, including the relaunch of the second team. She is a multiple trophy winner at Bayswater, present for all of our Bayside Women’s Premier League and Women’s FA Cup triumphs. She was elected as a Life Member at the 2024 AGM.

Nick King

Thirds Men Coach

King is looking after the thirds this year and helping newer and experienced players gel together in the thirds. King brings experience across the grades, as President and representing Australia in the Transplant World Cup.
