With continued growth in our member base and player participation ranging from our Kickstart program to Masters, the need to centralise and streamline club messaging services to players, coaches, parents and committee is imperative.

For 2026, we’re excited to announce the move formally to WhatsApp Communities for our individual and team communications. This move will complement our existing presence via our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Over the next two to three weeks our Senior and Junior committee will be working to invite members, players, parents and guardians into their official club community groups in preparation for the season ahead.

𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴? Yes, ensure you have WhatsApp installed on your chosen smartphone and the app is up to date. Invites into applicable community groups will be worked through in batches over the coming two to three weeks. Keep an eye out for an invitation in WhatsApp.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀? In cases where these were in part utilised for club communications, they’ll move to an unofficial channel/group, with club communications moving to WhatsApp Communities.
