Bayswater Strikers are seeking a Head Coach for the 2026 season for our Senior Men’s program in the Victorian Churches Football Association.

The Head Coach will be primarily responsible for matchday activities of the senior men’s team in the VCFA Men’s Premier League 2 and oversee the club senior training program (at least three senior men teams) with support from other coaches.

The coach will also positively contribute to supporting the club’s growth on and off the field, including integration with the rapidly growing junior program (ages 4 – 17), the senior women and the new Over 35 section.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator, prepared to lead from the front with a defined football philosophy and a practical approach to implementing it across a number of grades.

This role could suit candidates in either a playing or non-playing capacity, including younger, ambitious coaches looking to further their coaching experience with an established and committed group of players. The group trained together in good numbers twice a week all season in 2025.

This is a paid role for the season with remuneration negotiable to the relevant experience of the successful applicant.
