Saturday 12 October 7:00pm at The Stamford Hotel, Rowville

This event will take place before the commencement of the club Senior Presentation Night. All members are welcome to attend the AGM even if not staying for the following awards night. When the AGM is concluded, we will move into the Presentation Night, which is a ticketed event.

We also welcome our junior families to the AGM. As per the club’s constitution, Junior Members under the age of 18 years who, are not entitled to hold any office, but shall have the right to be present, debate and vote at General Meetings through the Junior Member’s parent or other legal guardian.

Please find the documents for the meeting (2024 Agenda attached, 2023 Minutes available upon request to the club email). If you have any motions you would like to put forward please do so before the annual general meeting to myself.

2025 Committee positions are available. We encourage nominations from across the whole club, no experience needed, just the clubs best interests at heart.
