The committee have updated some important documents for the new season, and after gaining member feedback on the drafts, are proud to release them here and publish them to the documents section of this website.

Of high importance is our new Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy as we build upon our family friendly club environment with the safety of children of greatest priority. The Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions along with the Social Media Policy have also been reviewed.

Code of Conduct and General Terms and Conditions

• Outlines the clubs expectations of behavior of all members to keep Bayswater the positive place we all love
• Provides conditions that we all agree to for membership of the club

Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy

• The best interests of children are paramount at our club
• The club has zero tolerance for child abuse
• Our club approach is practical and prevention-based for working with children and clearly identifies our responsibilities

Social Media Policy

• We will use social media appropriately for the benefit of the club and protect our members privacy and wellbeing
• We expect our members use of social media on our channels or any other that could reflect upon the club in any way to be appropriate
